It has been a long time since I ordered fabrics online and this is the first time there is such a difference between the photo on the commercial site and what I received. Of course, customer service says otherwise. I am not surprised, we live in a dishonest world

The item ordered was not the one I ordered and when making the complaint with evidence, customer service does not acknowledge its mistake and asks me to return the package at my expense for a refund. However, in retail, when this kind of problem occurs, we send the item that the customer ordered while apologizing. Very disappointed

This time they sent me the wrong batting, sending me 5 mm thick instead of 2.5 cm (not the same price) despite their mistake I had to prove that it was not the item I ordered... Disappointed
