I had attached a message to my order asking if it was possible to cut the 5m section ordered into 3 equal parts. I did not receive a response but upon receiving my order, I was disappointed to see that it had not been done...

Always on top, what a pleasure to find my favorite store again. Order shipped quickly, compliant. Only downside: a damaged boning of the bustier, maybe during transport.

A very fast delivery, great products including the fabric to make makeup remover wipes (already made and super cool), a little gift discreetly included in the package... pure joy to find this site after the tragedy of the fire. See you soon for the next order.

Several orders under my belt. I love this site which offers a wide choice of quality fabrics at very competitive prices. As soon as the site reopened after the fire at their warehouse, I immediately ordered to support them in their new start. I recommend them without hesitation.

Satisfied in every way. The delivery was fast and free since I reached the amount that allowed it.
The goods were as expected and described, the coupons are well cut and the cut is generous.
The descriptions on the site are very precise, I appreciate that the weight of the material is mentioned as it helps estimate the thickness.
The quality-price ratio is +

VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE
But I did not receive the goods due to the fire, so I cannot rate the products or the delivery... which gives an average rating... sorry.
But despite the events, customer service responded to my requests quickly, the refund was processed in a timely manner.
I recommend as soon as they reopen

I placed my order on 24.09 at 6 PM
So no delivery ... and for now, neither fabric nor refund. Please inform me when you have recovered after this terrible fire. I definitely do not want to be delivered because I am leaving on 06.10 for 7 months in Guadeloupe; however, if you can send it to me in Guadeloupe, at my shipping cost, I am ready to maintain my order.
