Unless I am mistaken, it was indicated that the product was self-adhesive when it is actually heat-adhesive. I was able to use it anyway, but the use of heat may be a hindrance for some applications. That said, very fast service. Bravo, I will return. Regards.

We had a problem. Only one foam was delivered. Following my phone call to the store and then to customer service, who had received the information from your salesperson, you resolved the issue with a second delivery (received today). I ordered fabric pieces that were supposed to be 40x60cm. Customer service assured me that the cotton would not shrink when washed at 30°. However, the 8 pieces did shrink, despite being washed at 30° on a delicate cycle; they all lost between 3 and 5 cm in length and width. I informed customer service, but they offered me no compensation. Therefore, I now have to buy more fabric to finish my project.

I had informed at the time of the order that my doorbell was not working and that the delivery person should call me to open the door. I was home on the scheduled day. However, by the end of the morning, I see a notice of passage for absence (no call from the delivery person but a late SMS). I called the transport center to indicate at which relay I could pick up my order 6 days later.
