Following my phone call to the store and then to customer service, who had received the information from your salesperson, you resolved the issue with a second delivery (received today). I had informed at the time of the order that my doorbell was not working and that the delivery person should call me to open the door. I was home on the scheduled day. However, by the end of the morning, I see a notice of passage for absence (no call from the delivery person but a late SMS). I called the transport center to indicate at which relay I could pick up my order 6 days later.
