The item ordered was not the one I ordered and when making the complaint with evidence, customer service does not acknowledge its mistake and asks me to return the package at my expense for a refund. However, in retail, when this kind of problem occurs, we send the item that the customer ordered while apologizing. Very disappointed

Response from TISSUS PRICE
Hello, we are sorry but the product you received is indeed the one we offer on our site. In fact, we do not have another model of plain white pattern paper and the barcode corresponds to the one you received. Please feel free to return the item to get a refund. Best regards. Rebecca TISSUS PRICE

Despite an unexpected delivery issue on Wednesday, I was delivered on Thursday morning. Customer service is available and responsive. And the fabrics are as described and very well cut, the faux leather delivered on a perfect roll. Now it's time for creation.

Wrong information/understanding regarding delivery. I thought I would receive the package at home while it was waiting for me at the post office. Otherwise perfect

Regular customer, generally I am quite satisfied, except when I have to contact customer service... Despite their mistakes, no commercial gesture has ever been offered as compensation... This time they sent me the wrong batting, sending me 5 mm thick instead of 2.5 cm (not the same price) despite their mistake I had to prove that it was not the item I ordered... Disappointed

Response from TISSUS PRICE
Hello, our after-sales service has contacted you to recover at our expense the product received by mistake and we have sent you today the batting you ordered so that you can also receive it quickly. A commercial gesture has also been attributed to you at the bottom of our last email. Best regards. Rebecca TISSUS PRICE
