Very good contact with customer service but I am very disappointed with the fabric received, sold as elastic lycra in both directions, while it is only elastic in one direction... a lot of problems sewing it with my machine which didn't want it, just like my overlocker, many hassles that could have been avoided with a product description that was accurate.

The fabric arrived quickly and perfectly packaged, unfortunately the flesh-colored fabric ordered is darker than on the site, surely a screen issue, but unfortunately I won't be able to use it. The linen effect fabrics are very good though.
