Not respecting delivery deadlines is a lack of seriousness, especially when you call and are assured that it will arrive... 96 hours is just the order preparation time and not the delivery time

Response from TISSUS PRICE
Hello, the deadlines for your order were respected. Indeed, as indicated by phone and in our T&Cs, 96 hours is the delivery time. Your order was placed on a Sunday, we shipped it on Tuesday (preparation time) and it was delivered to you on Friday. Please feel free to consult our T&Cs directly for more information. Best regards. Hello, we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. Due to the yellow vest movements and protests in France, some packages have been delayed. However, we thank you for your understanding and remain at your disposal. Best regards. Rebecca TISSUS PRICE.

To better understand the density or size of the patterns, photos with a scale in cm would be a plus.

Not yet tested for use... very pretty but has a strong synthetic smell and not sure if the fabric is washable.

I just ordered for the first time a golden coated fabric and on the other side, faux fur in white, the order is consistent with the photo presented, as well as the requested samples. Easy order, reasonable reception time, and easy pickup point.

It's been a month since I ordered 5 samples and I still haven't received anything, you can imagine that my rating for you is 0 on everything. And not a single email to let me know where my order is. I ordered my product from a competitor and received my order in a week. I don't think I can order from you again. Best regards

Response from TISSUS PRICE
Hello, Your sample envelope was delivered 3 days after your order was placed. As we indicated by email, we resent them as a commercial gesture so that you could receive them if that was not the case. Best regards. Rebecca TISSUS PRICE
