I always place large orders so shipping is free. However, I have occasionally placed small orders recently and I would have liked the shipping costs to be more suitable in the sense that a small coupon of 50140 can easily be sent as a letter, but there is only one Colissimo option available, which is a shame. The competition often offers an intermediate rate.
