Improvement needed on the quality of the sponge fabric. I like the choice of prints, very pretty and the idea of the kits.

Just because May is filled with bridges and holidays doesn't mean it should take 3 weeks to deliver an order!

The packaging was very minimal for a large, very heavy coupon: plastic bags that arrived with tears....

It was indicated that the package would arrive within 2 days and it arrived more than a week later.

Orders are taking longer and longer to arrive whereas I used to receive my order in 2-3 days, so I am left with unsold items. I order often and would like to be a VIP if possible.

Poor quality and rough cuts. I am disappointed.

The first purchases were correct, but when I wanted to buy the same products again, I couldn't find the same material, so I bought 2 different materials on the same pattern, what a disappointment in terms of color... One was electric blue and the other blue-green, my first purchase was turquoise blue. I contacted customer service who simply told me that colors may vary, so that's really disappointing.

The fabrics are satisfactory, however, there are no commercial offers despite large orders and promotions on the site two days later which I could not benefit from. The order tracking is catastrophic, I don't know where my package is, it was supposed to be at the post office this morning and no one can find it... and I also have no way to track it. So my sewing weekend is ruined.

Disappointed with the product, too thin to replace the original fabric in Textilène for garden beds.

I am happy with the color that matches well with the photos on the site, however, the fabric arrives really wrinkled and requires ironing which takes a lot of time.

The fabric is not of good quality.

The explanations or tutorials are not very clear for beginners, as well as the definitions of the materials. When you start sewing and order online, you don't know the textures of the fabrics, and your explanations are too brief.

I was very satisfied until now with your shipments. The last order had 7 pouches, of which 3 had zippers that are too small (5/7 cm), certainly adapted to the color of the pouch. It might be wiser to have the right length... by the way, I replaced them.

The sponge fabric is quite thin, the quality is average. It is likely to deteriorate in the wash.

This is my 2nd order. The 1st order, they forgot a kit... that can happen and they sent it to me. I just received the 2nd order and there, they forgot a blue, white, red label... it may not be a big deal but I don't want to try a 3rd order. It's a shame.

I bought the children's gloves kit for pets + Reversible Pot Holder kit + a personalized shopping bag. I find that the kits are incomplete. For me, a kit includes all the necessary materials to complete the project) + a manual or a link to find the video. Your products are great, it's a shame that the seam allowances are missing, which makes the creations shrink. Your project.

As mentioned in my previous message, regarding my order from last month but concerning the same type of fabric, the fabric is much better than in the images presented, pleasant to work with but I confirm that it is still not waterproof as indicated!! I repeated the experience of pouring water.... which eventually seeps through. I bought several pieces of these fabrics

The shipment is fast. The ordered fabric is really pretty, with beautiful colors, just the right thickness, resistant but easy to sew. My disappointment: contrary to what is announced, it is not waterproof!!! I had to add a waterproof lining. Too bad. Christine Soula

Order from 14/10 not received, tracking stopped on 18/10, no response to my follow-up. This company that I appreciated no longer does the job, that is to say selling sewing materials at reasonable prices. Too bad.

Integrated pattern fabric for integrated cape: low quality fabric and not absorbent enough for bath capes, I had to double it with sponge, the other fabrics, the colors are much less beautiful than the photos

The black color bleeds onto the light colors on my advent calendar, and it would be nice to make more videos on assembling your products like the oven mitts for example.
