Trustworthy site, reliable and friendly information at the store number, only the Colissimo carrier provides incorrect information: delivery of the package with signature announced, while the package was dropped in my mailbox incognito...

I bought wax fabric: superb quality, beautiful colors.
The only downside is the labels proving the origin and quality on the fabric. Impossible to peel off cleanly and glue residue on the fabric. I hope it will come off in the wash, but I would have preferred to do without it.

Delivery not respected, resulting in a loss of my day, and thus a second morning taken from which my dissatisfaction arises.
For the fabrics, there was a color issue compared to the site regarding the royal blue knit.
I ordered 3 meters of Burlington in royal blue and 2 meters in indigo blue.
I received 3 meters + 2 meters but all in royal blue; I can't say I'm very satisfied.

Very convenient for large volume orders like the black bias that I use very often. The price is really interesting compared to what is available around me. I will not hesitate to restock my haberdashery on the site.

I had ordered a quantity greater than the stock. I was automatically given what was left in stock, which is 1m to make a jacket and another meter of a different fabric to make a blouse. Knowing that I am 1.71m tall, what am I supposed to do with this 1m?? I am very disappointed and on top of that, I received a harsh email specifying that it was my fault. I do not recommend this site as there is no dialogue.

Response from TISSUS PRICE
Hello,
We are sorry but you entered a quantity of "1m" when placing your order on our site as shown on your invoice. We could not intercept your order in time as it had already been processed by the post office to try to add more meters. Best regards. Rebecca TISSUS PRICE

Disappointed with the fabric, not thick enough for a deck chair. Moreover, I received the end of the roll which is defective.
Very fast delivery.
