Very poor quality fabrics. I ordered cotton and received plasticized fabric with a very bad smell and difficult to wash. Out of 5 different fabrics, 4 are affected by these problems. Completely disappointed.

Online order of 2 meters of fabric certifying that there were 3m left, then contacted a few days later by phone specifying that there was only 1 meter 20 left. A bit disappointed but offered a 5% discount on the next order and a small gift in the package... Except that the fabric arrived without a gift. Customer service contacted by phone, will send it to me... Otherwise, I am not disappointed with the fabric.

Fabric arrived quickly. Very good quality and matches the color in the photo. However, it does not correspond to what I am looking for, shiny and slippery fabric which is not explained enough. I was immediately offered to return it, the after-sales service is nice and quick. The only downside, no return label.

I had a small color problem during my delivery and immediately the after-sales service took the necessary steps to retrieve the meters that did not suit me. Following their proposal, I received a range of colors to choose the one that suited my taste, then they sent me back 3m in the color of my choice. I ordered my fabric in two orders (I thought I had enough meters the first time...) during my second order, I specified that I wanted the same dye lot as the fabric from the first order, to avoid having two different shades... request respected. no surprises with this site. they say you are delivered in 96 hours.......? you are delivered in 96 hours
