Disappointed by the delivery time: urgent professional order (96 hours announced at most). Delivery completely delayed: ordered on Tuesday before 4 PM received on Wednesday afternoon at a relay point instead of at home. Many but incoherent messages to track the package. Good responsiveness from customer service, however. Otherwise, the fabrics meet my expectations.

The pattern of the coated fabric is larger than in the photos on the site....and I ordered paper to make patterns, the roll arrived folded in half, so the paper is in poor condition.
The delay between the order and delivery is too long and the shipping costs are too high.
