Everything is fine, the delivery was a bit long (2/3 days), but acceptable. The communication was incomprehensible, but the reality was very clear.

There are no issues with the ordered items. The only problem is that the post does not respect the delivery dates announced in the colissimo emails. There is always a delay of a day or two.

I am not satisfied with the delivery: the issue is Bpost. On Friday: message announcing delivery; 11 am new message: package not delivered; due to my absence. The postman did not ring. On Saturday, I go to the post office: lost package... I went back in the afternoon: damaged package; but everything is there.
