However, for the delivery: no tracking until I contacted customer service (I had checked my inbox and spam: nothing) order not received within the deadlines (96h) allow for a margin. The possibility of ordering samples is very appreciated, we are sure of the colors and quality.

I am rather disappointed because some fabrics were stained and even after washing them, the stains do not come out. I had ordered these fabrics to make my wedding dress, I don't think we can consider making a dress with dirty and stained fabrics. It's a shame because the quality of the fabric is quite good, the issue comes from storage or the staff...
