Fabric + flashier than the one purchased a year ago. Probably not the same dye

I had the very unpleasant surprise of discovering a fabric of very poor quality, with no hold. I don't know how I could use it. Should I put it in the closet? For now, I have no desire to order from Tissus Price MNG

Just a small downside on the delivery because I had requested it to be sent to a parcel relay and supposedly the package was too big so I had to give another address (my work address in this case) and in the end the package wasn't big, it was long because there was an oilcloth on a roll.
