After many searches with various companies, customer service is attentive to my requests and particularly efficient (a little nod to Rebecca). The free sending of a sample is very appreciated. Fabric meets my rather demanding expectations. Not disappointed. I highly recommend this site.

This first order completely satisfies me (cotton bias in 20m rolls). The quality is there, the price is very interesting, and the delivery is quite fast. I will not hesitate to order again from this site.

Really a shame that there are no samples available for the ribbons, as it's difficult to assess the right color online, so a bit disappointed. When it comes to delivery, I had informed you at the time of ordering that I was absent all of last week... you did not take that into account... I only had one day left to pick it up.

A bit disappointed to have been informed that an item was no longer available once my order was validated and payment accepted, and that I was offered another product at the same price or a credit, but no refund
