The delivery by DPD is deplorable:
1) You have to choose a large time slot, which blocks half a day, or is straddling two half-days, then we are informed at the end of this time slot that, sorry, the delivery cannot take place that day, and that we must choose another day and another time slot
So I did not receive my package
2) The pick-up points are too rare

Very pleasant customer service, order preparation time is okay even if we always want it to be faster so we can start sewing. The quality of the products is very good and there is an interesting choice in terms of variety and price. I am just a bit disappointed with the felt swatches because the photo on the site can hardly reflect the actual shades. Satisfied.

The delivery went well, the package arrived on the 24th of this month, but I did not receive a message from the Colissimo service. I saw that it had arrived through the package tracking. This surprised me. Otherwise, everything was fine. Thank you.

I have placed several orders on the site tissus-price.com and so far I am satisfied with my purchases. The site is user-friendly, there is a lot of choice, the prices are competitive... I have even recommended this site to several of my sewing friends.
