Very efficient customer service and fast delivery. The product is as described. The only point on which I would express reservations is the site which is confusing when placing an order. Very satisfied with the rest

Just a small downside on the delivery because I had requested it to be sent to a parcel relay and supposedly the package was too big so I had to give another address (my work address in this case) and in the end the package wasn't big, it was long because there was an oilcloth on a roll.

very nice quality of the items, very interesting prices that is why I will order again. However, no response to emails from customer service, but very good reception on the phone from this service. It is preferable to call than to send an email if you want a response. Delivery 15 days after the order I found the delay a bit long

Fabric received 2 days after the order. Impeccable delivery with precise timing: a time slot is given the day before delivery. It is refined on the morning of delivery (1 hour buffer). This allows for organization. Magnificent fabric that corresponds to the requested sample. Really very good. I will actually buy another product. Thank you

Delivery time respected. Packaging to be improved by replacing the plastic pocket with a kraft envelope, for example, for the Zero Waste goal.

My order arrived quickly at the relay point. The fabrics are very beautiful and the color identical to the preview during my order. The customer service is very attentive and efficient (Colissimo problem, postal error. Immediately handled by customer service).
