Here is the text I sent to Tissus-Price following my order which summarizes the situation: I received my package but the glass head pins are missing. On the invoice, the quantity is circled.

1/ Quality of the fabric does not meet expectations compared to the visual on the site (the crinkled fabric is actually crinkled, and on the site it seems smooth). 2/ Quality of the shipment leaves something to be desired: plastic pouch too...
