I bought a construction bag; the inner lining is missing. I need to innovate (when you live far from everything, I have little material).

The ordered fabric was deformed in one part.

Lack of precision in the description of the sponge fabric. The sponge is velvet, impossible for the child to wipe their mouth with this bib for children.

The delivery is fast, however, the 2 fabrics I ordered are very expensive (15€ per meter) and the quality is not great. They fray everywhere and during sewing, threads pull and it shows once the project is finished. If the fabrics had been cheaper or shipping was free, it would have made more sense given their quality.

Order placed on Friday evening, sent a message because I forgot a reference, called on Monday morning just at opening so the order had not yet been processed to add the reference and I was told that it was not possible as it had already been processed which I doubt. Very disappointed this time because I have been ordering for years and every month with significant amounts!!

I am delighted with my order which arrived very quickly. However, I am a bit disappointed with one fabric (I didn't see it in the photos on the site because it is not visible on the cushion but can be seen slightly in the other photos) because the printed blocks are visible as it creates a sort of cut, a line, even a grid, which is a lighter white. I have nothing to say about the rest of the site.

I was missing some fabric...30 cm. You have to cut it yourself. It would be nice to offer cutting service

For each piece delivered, the delivery is multiplied by as many pieces as you buy. It's a bit of a scam.

I am very disappointed. Not all the colors appear on the sample, especially the most beautiful ones like red, blue, and green. I ordered two samples of the same fabric with just a different background color, and you sent me exactly the same piece as the other sample instead of varying the area of the fabric. I really wonder if you don't want to

More precise descriptions (direction of stripes). Suggestions for matching accessories (threads, bias, buttons, etc...) More precise photos as the colors are too bright compared to the actual colors of the fabrics.

My fabric was dirty, the one in microfiber.

I am very disappointed. I ordered samples for a tablecloth making project. The sheet of paper on which the samples are stapled is very wrinkled. I have to present the samples to a client. It would have been more professional to receive these samples on a cardboard sheet or better presented. I doubt the professionalism of your site because of this. It certainly sends a bad impression.

After ordering a kit of wipes and other kits, there are no instructions for assembling the baskets. It would be nice to have them in the package.

The delivery

I am a beginner and this is the first time I order a kit and I am disappointed that no assembly instructions were provided!! However, I am satisfied with the prints.

The product title was announced as muslin, whereas the delivered fabrics are a voile, which is totally different. Voile photo, I inserted a sample of muslin next to it! As for the delivery, nothing to complain about, serious site.

The site is not modern and did not particularly inspire confidence However, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. It's a shame that tutorials are not provided with the order or at least the link to retrieve them without searching.

I love the fabrics, the problem is that very often the velvets, despite the quality of the fabric, are printed in the opposite direction of the pile. And the website since it has been redone is not practical at all, especially for furniture.

I think that for assembling the cape you should include a printed guide in the package because it would be much better for beginners.

Fast delivery and good quality fabric. However, I find that the colors are not true to those on the site. The gold panels are more brown and mustard. For the floral panel, the colors are true to the description. I tried to call customer service several times with a question about delivery but I couldn't reach anyone.

Hello, a pickup of the package at the depot would be very convenient for me and for the planet. I am on the other side of the road... I regret not being able to choose the fabric on-site anymore, it's less obvious by mail despite the possibility of ordering samples. Happy holidays to you all.
