Quick order. One of the items was missing and it was replaced after notifying me by email. I received a gift and there, disappointment. It consists of iron-on letters P, U, and Y which are of no use to me.

The material I ordered is quite in line with what I imagined, however, I would have liked to have thicker fabric. Regarding the rest: 2 metal zippers, 2 white invisible zippers, and some thread.

Fast and efficient, but in my case a problem with unavailable fabric, and a credit note received when I would have much preferred a refund,

If I look back over 6 years (loyal customer) then this is an excellent site, a varied choice, fast delivery and quality... If I look at the last 3 orders, I have 2 fabrics with pen marks (that won't come off)

Fast delivery, careful packaging and fabrics that meet all my expectations. I recommend. Only downside is delivery by DPD, so if we are not at home I don't know how it goes. Otherwise, nothing to report.
