Small issue during the order process but the customer service was responsive. Some fabrics are of good quality but others have defects (pulled threads and black marks). Additionally, one item was missing,

I wanted to order bias. To avoid making just a small order I forced myself to find another fabric. On the internet the bias was available and in the end I only received the fabric that I didn't really need

Overall satisfactory, although the colors are duller on the site than in reality and sometimes the fabric's hold (rigidity, flexibility) is not detailed enough.,
