The packaging such as fabrics in an envelope without any protection is okay or it could pierce during transport leaves much to be desired. And nothing too much...... really just the right amount of fabric. Average shipping speed.

Very disappointed with the tutorial provided for the 2-compartment pouch. From the side (Pauline's explanations are good but you can't always see what she is sewing because the view is not aligned with the machine) and the end of the video (angles) you can hear the voice but see nothing. The written tutorial is too brief and without photos, since the pouches have been sold for 2 years, the tutorial could have been improved.

I placed an order of over 400 Euros on August 8th and to this day it is still being prepared. I had to send an email to find out what was going on and the only response I received was that there were technical problems. But no information on the delay and no proposal for a commercial gesture.
