Order placed on March 9, it is now March 22 and still in delivery process.

I placed an order on the Tissus-Price site for 3 pieces of 6 meters.. My order was accepted. And at the time of delivery, I was told that 2 of the 3 pieces could not be delivered in the ordered quantities.
