The packaging was very minimal for a large, very heavy coupon: plastic bags that arrived with tears....

Fast shipping and the quality of the fabric. The idea of pre-cut coupons is great.

Product quality meets my expectations and competitive price, however the delivery conditions are not respected by the dpd carrier. After sending a confirmation email of the date and time slot for delivery 24 hours in advance, for which we organize to receive the package, dpd sends an email canceling the delivery on the scheduled day while someone was mobilized at the address.

Order received today after a bit of a long wait (Several public holidays or long weekends this month of May.....and some machine breakdowns!!) But the result is there and I am very satisfied. Now it's up to me to finish all these very promising projects.

I did not receive exactly what I ordered? I called customer service, and I had to send an email to explain what was wrong which was returned to me twice undelivered?! So I am not at all satisfied! Best regards.

Order processed quickly.

I ordered twice, the first time a part of the kit was missing. The second time I ordered on May 2nd and I am still waiting, it is May 22nd after calling twice. Too bad the kits are nice. I don't know if I will recommend.
