A fabric cut on the bias made a garment shorter as a result. Unacceptable. Hello. We are sorry for the inconvenience. The After-Sales Service will contact you as soon as possible. We remain at your disposal.

Very happy with the quality of the fabrics, the only downside I mention is the delivery time, a little long for my taste, otherwise the site is very well done.

Superb fabric. However, I was surprised by the size of the spools of thread.

Hello. Good reception time. However, the merchandise is very average. I ordered 3 m and 4 m of fabric to redo my deck chairs. 4 m in dark gray and ecru, and the ecru band has grayish stripes, like.

Very happy with my order, the products ordered, and the delivery time. However, I find it unfortunate that the tracking number of the package is not communicated by email at the time of shipping. It's a detail that seems important to me.

Nothing to say about the ordered and received products. Perfect. However, a downside on the navigation of your site, it works very poorly on mobile, impeccable on PC but slow. Everything is fine on my end and others.

Whether by phone or online, I am satisfied; you advise me when I need it, not having my mother to advise me anymore, plus when you don't know, you say it and look for the answer. Thank you, see you soon.

First time I order on this site. Everything was perfect. I requested a sample which I received very quickly. Then, I placed my order on Monday (a roll of 30 m of fabric) which I received on Wednesday.

The only problem with my velcro order is that it was sold separately between the picot strip and the velvet strip. I have been buying it for some time and I have never seen this problem; one does not go without the other otherwise.
