Satisfied with the product but disappointed because of a stock shortage I could only order two meters I will have to place another order and therefore pay shipping fees again.

Package received in a week, so the delay was quite good for me, with assured tracking. However, once I had the package in hand, I realized it was open, the tape was poorly applied and everything came undone inside.

I am very satisfied with your services but there is a downside because I cannot get the thread of the same color as my fabric despite sending my request.
