I placed an order of over 400 Euros on August 8th and to this day it is still being prepared. I had to send an email to find out what was going on and the only response I received was that there were technical problems. But no information on the delay and no proposal for a commercial gesture.

The duchess satin is of very beautiful quality. The double ivory color is more of a green color. Not possible to use it
