Hello, I ordered ready-to-sew fabric pieces to make pouches, a crib bumper, a sleeping bag, bibs, a pocket organizer (order of 6 ready-to-sew pieces). I am very surprised and disappointed to find that there are no explanations for carrying out these projects. Only the pieces of fabric to cut. For the price, I was hoping for a minimum of explanations.

I was not disappointed with my order, with the delivery but when I unpacked and unrolled my fabric there was a big black stain and a few small ones around that I could not clean so I lost the first 50 centimeters. I don't know if you can make a commercial gesture thank you

I ordered seat cushions for Citroen AX. I called 3 times to find out where they were. On the third call, I was told that I wouldn't be able to get them because their supplier had given them cushions that were disintegrating (too old) and that the product was no longer available. I wasn't informed upon receipt of the cushions; I had to call myself, which is not great. But the refund was processed.

I am very happy with the delivery time, it was indeed very fast. However, I am quite disappointed with the two bamboo coupons I received with writings for mom and friendship; it is damaged and has marks all over the coupon!
