Firstly, I am English and do not speak French (sorry). However, although I sometimes find your site difficult to navigate and certain fabrics are not where I would expect them to be, in the time that I have been a customer.

Very good quality of products, fast delivery and order processing and good communication. However, when it comes to requesting a bit of fabric/notions, sometimes the delivery costs more than the products.
