Disappointed by the quality of the colors of the patterns.... It doesn't look like the photos.... there are at least 3 of the fabrics that I will not use..

Be careful if you choose the in-store pickup delivery. It is located behind the pool store and the hours are not obvious at all...

I am disappointed with my order because the gold fabric is not gold at all but yellow, and for the other fabrics in the wipe kit I took, the color is not great, it does not match the image at all and on top of that it is sponge fabric. Very disappointed, I am not ready to recommend this..

The package does not arrive at the indicated address despite reporting to customer service and the comment written on the delivery. Disappointing to pay delivery fees (x3) and travel 14km (x3) to pick up the package. However, the merchandise is of very beautiful quality.

The quality of some fabrics leaves much to be desired; out of 4 types of dark fabrics, washed only once in the machine at 40°C, they came out unusable, appearing like old fabrics that have lost their colors!! Not sure I will return!

The elastic for the masks is not really mask elastic. Too bad. The mask elastic is significantly softer.

I was deceived I ordered elastic and was delivered a plastic strip that I threw in the trash

Due to confinement, the delivery is delayed this time, otherwise no problems, but the service is average: I asked twice to be informed about the approximate delivery date, no response both times... even saying we are out of stock, we don't know... would have been correct.

For delivery, it's quite acceptable, for customer service, it's the same. But for the merchandise, what a disappointment, the satin ribbon is not of first quality, it doesn't shine and the color leaves much to be desired, the fuchsia pink is really very light. Disappointed with my purchases, I can't even continue my work.
