The quality of some fabrics leaves much to be desired; out of 4 types of dark fabrics, washed only once in the machine at 40°C, they came out unusable, appearing like old fabrics that have lost their colors!! Not sure I will return!

The elastic for the masks is not really mask elastic. Too bad. The mask elastic is significantly softer.

I was deceived I ordered elastic and was delivered a plastic strip that I threw in the trash
Due to confinement, the delivery is delayed this time, otherwise no problems, but the service is average: I asked twice to be informed about the approximate delivery date, no response both times... even saying we are out of stock, we don't know... would have been correct.

Too long for delivery.
For delivery, it's quite acceptable, for customer service, it's the same. But for the merchandise, what a disappointment, the satin ribbon is not of first quality, it doesn't shine and the color leaves much to be desired, the fuchsia pink is really very light. Disappointed with my purchases, I can't even continue my work.
The fabric shrinks a lot in the wash or there wasn't 1 meter ordered for each piece of fabric

The merchandise is okay, but I waited more than 3 weeks. The email I received indicated that the package was at the post office on April 4 and I received it on the 14th. Even though we know there can be delays, other goods ordered elsewhere were only 2 days late.
Package arrived open and very damaged. Fabric with many creases. Unrecoverable even with ironing.
