Top product, fast delivery

Update of my review Initially, I gave one star because my child's name was not spelled correctly and my request to Tissus Price was ignored. However, following my review, I was contacted again and the customer service was very responsive and efficient. A new cuddly toy with the correct name was sent. I am therefore ultimately satisfied with my purchase.

First, I never received the delivery. I am still waiting.

I am very disappointed. I ordered samples for a tablecloth making project. The sheet of paper on which the samples are stapled is very wrinkled. I have to present the samples to a client. It would have been more professional to receive these samples on a cardboard sheet or better presented. I doubt the professionalism of your site because of this. It certainly sends a bad impression.

What responsiveness!!! In just a few days, I received the 5 samples (well presented and with all the references to identify them and order if needed), placed my final order and received the fabric, totally in line with what I wanted, for an unbeatable price too. Thank you!!! The only downside was the delivery person who left the package with the neighbor while I was at home.

Very good receipt of the package, but disappointed with a fabric I received, which is called Mordoré and which for me is more golden than Mordoré. Too bad.

Sewing beach bags received, they are exactly as described. The delivery is very fast. However, a small downside, it would be good to include in the package the specific instructions mentioned on the site.
