I received two packages, one of which was not intended for me and an error in the order form. On the phone, the person was welcoming and friendly, called me back and the problem was resolved immediately. Very good.

It would be nice that when ordering fabrics, there is the possibility to receive the samples with the delivery, and not by mail, but I am satisfied because I received the samples by post.

I will recommend without problems and very soon. As other people say on the site, it can be a bit expensive for shipping when you only want small items like haberdashery.. otherwise fast delivery
