Everything was excellent, except for the transport. La Poste played a nasty trick on us but Tissusprice did its best to speed up the process... However, Colissimo is far from being a reliable system, there could be...

Hello... it would be desirable for the delivery person to really take note of the messages left during the order so that there are no delivery problems like I experienced.

I am particularly satisfied with how my order was handled: responsiveness, information, quality, commercial gesture in the length of the fabric cut, live tracking of the package.

A lot of product choices... I would like a range of thick upholstery fabrics to redo chairs and armchairs (Romanex style, etc.). Maybe you could consider this as it is a very difficult product to find.

The presentation of the fabrics is not appealing. A possibility to purchase 0.5m would be interesting.

The tracking of products is not always ensured, it would be desirable to have access to a product for a longer duration. But the team is great, the products are of quality and the shipping is fast.

Hello. The only thing I regret about your site is that there are a lot of different fabrics available (which is a very good point) but unfortunately very few in stock. So it's a bit frustrating.

fast delivery. Customer service is attentive for additional information. Very good. One point for improvement could be to provide a bit more information on certain products that lack details for purchasing.
