The site is heavy, finding products is not necessarily simple. Perhaps another presentation would be easier for browsing, choosing, and ordering. Nevertheless, your seriousness is pleasant, moreover it is.

My order arrived faster than I expected, I was very surprised by the speed of delivery.
Adjust the shipping costs to be closer to what is shipped (too expensive for sending ribbons).
Very very convenient. Especially the sending of samples. Very well-designed site. However, consider a systematic call before delivery. The delivery person did not call, not finding the address we lost two days.
Maybe a more varied assortment of fabrics (Japanese, etc...) especially for clothing (wool, boiled wool, etc...). In any case, good continuation. Best regards. Lili C,
