I did not receive a fabric, but a very poorly cut cloth of poor quality.

Response from TISSUS PRICE
Hello, your order includes wide cotton canvas. After checking, it has been prepared with care and you should normally have an additional margin on its cut. If the product is damaged or if you did not receive the correct fabric, please do not hesitate to contact us with supporting photos at our address [email protected] or at 04.22.14.50.00. Best regards. Reb

Pleasant fabric to work with, however, a small issue: blue marker stain at one meter on the 4 meters. I managed to lessen it... on the final project, not visible as it is hidden by an Ido. Can you use markers that wash out? I will keep the site for my next order. Corine

A good selection, reasonable prices, and fast delivery. As often, shipping costs are always too high.

Disappointed by the printing of the sponge fabric. It leaves many white marks.

Still very satisfied with your products and your customer service. Thank you very much for offering us such great products. The only downside I would say is the missing video tutorials.

The delivery is fast, however, the 2 fabrics I ordered are very expensive (15€ per meter) and the quality is not great. They fray everywhere and during sewing, threads pull and it shows once the project is finished. If the fabrics had been cheaper or shipping was free, it would have made more sense given their quality.

Delighted with the speed of the shipment. Quality fabrics, excellent cutting. The only downside: lack of tutorial or very brief for a beginner.

Order completed and sent quickly. The black of the fabric is a bit lighter than I hoped but this is also due to its shine. In any case, it is of quality! I will reorder...

Order placed on Friday evening, sent a message because I forgot a reference, called on Monday morning just at opening so the order had not yet been processed to add the reference and I was told that it was not possible as it had already been processed which I doubt. Very disappointed this time because I have been ordering for years and every month with significant amounts!!

Response from TISSUS PRICE
Hello, Unfortunately, I am sorry but we have checked the status of your order and despite your email and your call, it had already been prepared quickly. The fabrics were therefore cut and shipped on a roll. We are one of the few companies that accept the fact that you may forget a product and to create a voucher to avoid paying for it.
