Very good service overall... The only small regret during my first order is that at the time of payment, the fabric of my choice was available in the desired quantity and later I was called to inform me that it was not.

Regarding the ordering process, the service seemed perfect to me. The only downside, in my opinion, is the lack of choice in the classic fabrics. I have actually recommended your site.

I had a lovely lady on the phone. The only flaw, but really minor, is that the colors of the photos of some fabrics are a bit too light, and the weights of the fabrics are not always indicated.

Only small problem, the first layer of the fabric roll was poorly protected so it was dirty.

The site is heavy, finding products is not necessarily simple. Perhaps another presentation would be easier for browsing, choosing, and ordering. Nevertheless, your seriousness is pleasant, moreover it is.

The person who answered me on the phone was particularly friendly, I did not expect to have such a sales-oriented interlocutor for an online purchase... Better than in a store.
