In fact, only your order of 06/02 was dispatched on 09/02 instead of the following day, as we usually do for your DTF orders when we have the possibility. My print was in color and the print in black and white, and the department contacted me to let me know and ask me to review my copy. Several exchanges took place, and they were very cordial. The result obtained was what I was looking for. The only area for improvement would be to update the software so that I could see the rendering in black and white as it was for the print, in order to avoid this back and forth.
