I really liked the site, which was very intuitive and easy to use, the prints are good and don't fade.
However, when I received my labels, I was a little disappointed, as they were smaller than I'd expected. The design lacked a visual of the garments, so I wondered how it would look physically, with a ruler in centimeters, so that I could add to it to see for myself.
This would prevent the writing from being very small on delivery and disappointment.

Out of 3 batches of 50 labels, I threw away about 20 that had printing defects on part of the text (half a printed line), that's a lot... It's a shame because the site is well designed, intuitive, simple and the delivery is fast, but I should have taken just one batch to test it out.
