A disaster, no proof to print without our validation, everything to throw away

Very poorly explained. I ended up with a piece of tea towel with the logo all over it, which was of no use to me. The fabric was a common piece of rag, just good for wiping dishes... and then some!
Never received the product, so no opinion
You sent us an email with the rendering which we validated but in reality it's very ugly. We needed it to make a lining for a costume and it doesn't fit at all.
Delivery not in accordance with order
Poor quality fabrics and pale, faded printing. After-sales service tells you it's the fault of your files, and that's it. Very bad experience!
After a second order with brighter colors and patterns, the result was still disappointing! I was advised to change fabric quality, which would have been nice if it had been made clear in the pre-print details that this was not possible on this fabric...
This service is unsatisfactory, as delivery times for online orders are generally much faster. In addition, the lack of communication on the status of the order is an aggravating factor in my dissatisfaction. Such a delay in the delivery of my order can disrupt my projects and my confidence in the Tissu-print site. This is the last time I'll be ordering from this site. Overall, this experience leaves me with a negative impression, justifying the 0-star rating for the site.
The swatches are a good idea for choosing fabric, but only the envelope with the mail arrived at my house. The envelope was partly unstuck, so the swatches must have fallen out during the journey. Too bad...
Hello, 1st test job and no color match.
Very disappointed. I've been a customer for years, and have never had any problems with the printing of my patterns, until my last order. The pattern was incorrectly repeated on my last order, so I'm left with over 20m of unusable fabric, and Tissu print offers me nothing but 10% off my next order. Very disappointed!
Very, very long lead times for samples
Already 10 to prepare my package since the date February 20 I received March 3 I was obliged to call to prevent that my order still in preparation after Appel they sent. Me personally I order more ever fabrics and very hard cousin and not cut not ready I not appreciate the work
Very thin towel, more beach sheet than towel, but the photo is clear though.
We had specified in the comments what we wanted and we received something else.
