But what would be really practical, for example for labels, would be to be able to have a look at the result of the label choice, before placing the order, which would avoid a mistake, and possibly rectify it if necessary. I am very satisfied with my order. Although I'm not a graphic design professional, I was accompanied by e-mail (with the option of proof-reading) and was able to feel secure about the rendering. All my questions were answered before I placed my order, whether by chatbot or e-mail. The order, which was flagged as urgent, was completed and shipped very quickly. The rendering was as expected.
While I remain very satisfied with the service, it is a shame that the cotton textiles were not available at the time of my order. In addition, I would have liked to have seen more photos of the fabrics to see how they looked.
