The cats are not eating. I tried for a week, the cats were visibly losing weight. They weren't eating at all. Too bad, I would have liked to give them these kibbles.

Thank you for your feedback Nicolas. Thank you for taking the time to leave your opinion Greg. It's harder for some cats to get used to insect protein, this is called neophobia. They categorically refuse to swallow a protein they don't know, that's why the transition plays an important role. We recommend 2 weeks on our site, but depending on the cats, you can make it last longer. If you've tried everything and your cats still aren't eating, it may simply be that our kibbles are not to their taste ??

My dog vomited with the product, I followed all the instructions for the diet change. no big deal it doesn't suit my dog. However, you ask me to return the kibble (no big deal calculation to do) I paid 16 for shipping costs when I was told you would be refunded a total of 34 to tell me in the end. Sorry Mr. we made a mistake on the refund amount? This explains the professionalism with which you read your emails and respond to your customers' concerns... Be a little more focused. When you work it will do you good. I would have preferred to send nothing and donate the packages to a charity. I find that the service tries to do its best, but it's still not it. Elsewhere trying is free and even the shipping costs. A package won't sink your company.

It can happen that they are not to everyone's taste, which is why we always recommend starting with just one package, especially if it's the first time your furry friend tries them. When that's the case, and as stated in our legal notices & T&Cs, you are free to return the unopened package(s) within a month, at your expense. We have processed the refund for the received package. I invite you to reread our email exchanges, at no time is it promised that you will be refunded this amount. It's a shame to end on these words James. We really love Tomojo kibble for our cat: quality product, low impact on the planet, great packaging, top delivery and adjustable delivery frequency. And all that for a price I find fair. It's been almost two years since our cat has been eating grain-free kibble and she loves it a lot. And what's nice, and what I hadn't seen at first, is that we can adjust the delivery frequency. We receive an email a few days before shipping to warn us, and if there are still kibble left, well we postpone the delivery date. It's super simple.

I am satisfied with my first experience with Tomojo kibble. ???? My dog adopted them right away, she seems to like them a lot (even though I must say that she is not very picky to begin with). The kibble is a bit large, my dog weighs 7.5 kg and these are the largest kibble she has ever had. But I think that at least, it allows her to chew them and not gulp them down...????
