Kibble delivered on time, recyclable packaging (which is not the case with many other brands with beautiful thick plastic bags), a product that seems to be of quality (the dogs love it) and the simplicity of choice (some brands have a kibble for each size, weight, age, type of dog... As always, I am very satisfied with the speed of delivery, the quality of the packaging and of course the product itself. The quality of the kibble seems excellent, my dog loves it and her weight remains stable, and she is in shape despite being 15 years old! Extremely surprised by the speed of delivery (barely 24 hours if I'm not mistaken!). My mom's cat is absolutely a fan of the treats and my kitten, after being a bit picky with the kibbles after weaning, has finally adapted very well (I had no doubt because my mom's cat, as an adult, liked to sniff them if we left them lying around in her presence haha) and I am sure that in some time he will be delighted to have some treats too. Personally, I have recommended Tomojo to my circle! :)
