Kibbles still very appreciated by the dog, unfortunately, one of the 3 bags arrived ripped and I didn't see it in time to inform the delivery person.

The kibble has a nice appearance and smell but since I mixed it with the kibble I was using before, my cat eats less, is it because they are more nourishing? I don't know, we'll see over time with this 7kg bag, which might last me much longer than expected!

The two cats don't want it, even after several days of trying. Sorry...

Unfortunately, even though these kibbles are very likely better nutritionally, my cat does not like them at all. I think we might need to add natural flavors to make them more appealing to cats...

Products purchased to let the animals of the members taste. Few returns. Two positive returns for dogs, none for cats. Not sure we will market your products in our grocery store.

Unfortunately, my cat does not digest these kibbles... she vomits them even though she has never had any food issues and the transition was made slowly... This is really too bad because the product seems great, the kibbles do not smell bad unlike most others that can be found on the market, the packaging is not plastic.

I like it... Well, I like the concept. But my two feline companions did not approve... Even mixing it with their usual kibbles, these little rascals manage to sort it out with the tip of their tongue, not without giving me a murderous look in the process!

For a first time, this is not great in terms of delivery time. Poor logistics, poor organization... As for the product, one of my cats likes it, the other does not. Could do better!

I am satisfied. But I finally understood that TOMOJO cat kibble contains duck fat, and maybe other animal products besides insects. But 34% insects is already a step forward. Waiting for better.... In any case, the cats like it and are not worse off....

Hello, the idea is excellent and when I heard about it, I immediately wanted to try it for my cat. The packaging is clear, we know what we are giving to our animal. But unfortunately, Moon did not like the taste at all, I mixed her old kibble with the Tomojo kibble but she doesn't want it at all and sorts through the package... Too bad!

Perfect packaging, quick order, thank you. It seems to me that the kibble contains too many carbohydrates? My cat doesn't like it and still prefers the veterinary kibble brands. I will try again soon. Thank you for this discovery!

The kibble must be very good and I find the ecological initiative remarkable. But on my first order, one product was missing, no big deal, it was sent back to me, it happens. However, I reordered and the package never arrived at my home. I am told that an investigation has been opened. I can be lenient, mistakes happen, we are not machines but there are still limits. I will not order again.

5 days for delivery. The product doesn't smell too strong. However, its protein content is not high enough. And the product is really too expensive for this type of food. I do not recommend.

Out of 6 cats, I only have two that really appreciated them. So it's worth testing before ordering in large quantities.

Responsive and transparent team, revolutionary idea, unfortunately my cat did not appreciate the insect kibbles, to my great dismay: he tasted them enthusiastically, devoured a first meal then turned his nose up at them. I reintegrated his usual kibbles and left the Tomojo available in a second bowl for him to nibble on a few in case of cravings. They haven't moved... Too disappointed.

I liked the concept but they have a problem with logistics and I had a bad experience. I was excited when I learned about Tomojo and I ordered a pack of kibbles and three packs of treats to try. A few days later, I received only one pack of treats. I contacted them and they informed me that the other packs were coming in a separate shipment. So I was waiting for it, and then I got only a pack of kibbles. Two packs of treats were still missing. I emailed them again, they apologized for this and sent me another package. Surprisingly, there was only one pack of treats and I didn't receive the last pack in the end. I wanted to try Tomojo because they were environment-friendly products. They could ship everything in one package if they do really care about the environment, but instead, they did it three times (and it could have been four times if I asked them to give me the last missing pack). I wish they could improve their logistics.
