I received my package the day after the order, it was super fast! It was well packaged, without any excess, and I appreciated the packaging of the kibble. Unfortunately, after multiple attempts, my puppy did not like them, he sorts them and refuses to eat them.. I had to go back to animal kibble. Hello, After a first satisfactory experience, we received kibble made in factory 53 that our 2 cats frankly rejected. We had to revert to another conventional diet. Our veterinarian, due to an allergy of one of our cats, advised us to return to our insect kibble hence this recent order, but again our cats refuse to eat them (factory 53). We think, given their appearance, that they are overcooked hence the puffiness and smell! We will therefore be forced to look for a new supplier, Tomojo telling us that everything is fine and nothing has changed?

After 1 month and a half of testing (my cat has a food allergy), I feel like things are getting better... we'll see with time... Has the texture of the kibble changed compared to the 2 kg bag I bought first? Even the color is a bit different... However, something really needs to be done about the bag closure: a zip would be ideal.

I am trying these kibbles because my cat has a regular skin allergy... and I have tested a large number of brands, different proteins (chicken, lamb, fish...) without seeing any differences. So for now, I am at more or less 3 weeks... and no change on the horizon. I am waiting to finish the bag to be sure. Otherwise, the smell is not very pleasant, and my cat who is never picky did not rush on them! He eats them now, but goes to scratch the bag of another brand that remains. Not convincing for now.

If after these 8 weeks, there are none, it surely means that his allergy is not due to the protein but perhaps to an ingredient (potato, sorghum, etc...) Regarding the palatability, it takes a few days for your cat to get used to the new protein, so it is normal that he did not rush on them. And sometimes, even with a serious dietary transition, it can happen that our kibbles are simply not to the taste of certain felines ??

I tested the sample. The cats quite liked it (even though they can be quite difficult). I think I will order again. However, there was a 'renal' sample: luckily I saw it in time because I almost gave it to them while they have no problems. I don't really see the point of sending this type of medical product if the cats have no issues.

These are 'pleasure' foods, they are lightly dosed and are only for cats with renal or skin problems. Regarding the Renal Action treat, it contains dried dandelion leaves known for their diuretic properties promoting the elimination of toxins. It can only do them good!

Always Very Happy 2 the Team....;-) small downside....the carrier but that's not your fault. Lately, carriers are so caught up in competition that some forget the connection with the customer and as a result are not very nice in person... They skip you, delay your delivery = they are annoying. My address is not that complicated to find and generally if in doubt.....the carrier calls me..... I assure you, this delivery person has given up and has been replaced by someone cool ;-)

Thank you for your feedback Laurent. According to our veterinarian, it is important to differentiate between digestible carbohydrates (dietary fibers) and digestible carbohydrates (mainly starch). Digestible carbohydrates are essential at an approximate dose of 8 to 15% depending on age and diet. Regarding digestible carbohydrates, we are between 25% for our cat recipes and 27% for our dog recipes. These are perfectly reasonable doses to ensure a long life in good health. A too high carbohydrate content is harmful and a too low content can lead to serious health problems.

Moreover, we manufacture our kibbles here in Mayenne, which incurs a cost.
