I am personally very satisfied with Tomojo (ethics, delivery, packaging) but unfortunately my cat does not like this kibble :( This is not the first time she refuses to eat kibble, she has her tastes and despite the transition, she does not like these. It's been a few weeks since I received the kibbles. I have two 8-year-old spayed cats, one eats them and the other has difficulty adapting, so for now, I mix them with their usual kibbles. The quality seems quite correct, the kibbles are small and easy to eat (for my cats). They do have a strong smell, but I have already bought other commercial kibbles, labeled natural, that have the same smell, so it seems normal to me. I received them in a neutral package with a little apology note and a promo code since it wasn't the usual compostable packaging, good customer relationship. The delivery was super fast and done according to the rules of the art^^.
