We have been using Tomojo for years. Our shepherd has an allergy to certain foods and Tomojo has been a lifesaver. It's insect-based so it does not contain the usual poultry that often is pumped full of antibiotics, hormones and who knows what that causes intolerances in dogs. The food is grain free, and contains a smaller number of ingredients, no strange fillers or anything. And as they are insects… I imagine, no pesticides :) Our dogs love these, and they are super sustainable food options for those who care about the environment. Customer service has always been fast and helpful.

Hello, regarding the service I am disappointed that: I changed my credit card, which I did on the site as soon as I received the new one. My account is on a subscription order and that's where everything starts, the new card is not recognized, message about the situation, I go to the site, my account/my payment methods, and nowhere on the site do I find the problematic situation of the unrecognized card, no possibility to validate the payment. I had to place an order (of course without the subscription order advantage!! the most frustrating part of the situation is that the next day I receive a message informing me that my (subscription) is validated I will therefore receive 2 packages of 12 kgs. Is this business??
