The article provides the main function which is to protect a parasol but does not match the representation on the site. The plastic is not transparent (my goal being to see the parasol under its protection) and there are no eyelets at the base to tighten.

Very fast shipping unfortunately delivery took 4 days by Chronopost while I had paid an additional €6.90 to be sure of being delivered quickly. Carrier to be banned rarely respects delivery times.

Before placing the order and for information regarding a potential order, customer service was very responsive. However, upon receipt, while we discovered impacts on a stainless steel element and a lack of paint, the responses have become longer and for now, we still do not have a solution to our problem, which prevents us from using the material while waiting for their response.

Hello, I had to remove a hinge from two doors and reattach it correctly elsewhere. The hinge was not properly mounted, which meant it could not stay closed. It's a shame, as the price is not cheap. The packaging, however, was impeccable and the package arrived in good condition despite the carrier I know well and who does not take good care of the packages he has to transport. He only has one strap for the whole truck... that's not acceptable.

Hello, my pole arrived damaged, packaging not suitable. I had a lot of trouble contacting customer service (very many emails), which no longer responds. I requested a refund.
