One of the products was out of stock, restocked the following week, reminded again at the beginning of January and suggested another product, order received promptly. I am disappointed with this order as Tompress only acted as an intermediary between me and a Russian supplier. The skimmer had already been used and was not clean, and one of the parts was almost impossible to dismantle for cleaning. The deliveryman didn't phone when he came so took the parcel back to the post office while I was at home.
