I placed my order before Christmas and hoped to receive my package on time. I received it well after Christmas. I asked the customer service who answered me in a very nice way that they were doing their best, the package was damaged but the devices were not. It's a busy time at Christmas, but I'm still happy.

All perfect, followed from start to finish by customer service I would still suggest checking to see who packages the goods to be shipped that they all fit in the package and a revisit to the site that gives error on MasterCard payment.

super happy to finally find this product. But two uses later, the grid broke. Really disappointed. Really dubious quality. The particularly responsive after-sales service took note of my negative opinion, and undertook to do whatever was necessary to rectify the product's shortcomings. That's great. Nothing more to say. Customer service is excellent. And I feel a little neglected.
